Meet Our Faculty

ENROLLMENT & ADMISSION

FPK has made the enrollment and admission process simple and easy by providing all documents online.  No more documents to print out, fill out, scan, and email back to us.
There are three (3) appointments that you and your child will need to attend:
the Parent Consultation, the Student Evaluation, and the Parent Meeting.
If you would like to schedule your Parent Consultation, please click the button below, fill out the form, and submit your information.  You will then receive a call to schedule your first appointment.

1.  Parent Consultation

During the Parent Consultation, you will learn all about the school's vision, programs, classes, tuition, and teachers, as well as take a tour of the school.  If you would like to continue the enrollment process, with no obligation, you can then schedule the Student Evaluation for your child.

2.  Student

    Evaluation

The Student Evaluation is a brief time when your child is observed in different settings like play, following directions, communication, and interacting with a teacher away from parents.  This gives us a look into their language, social skills, and academic level.  It's a simple evaluation to know what class they would do best in.

3.  Parent

      Meeting

The final meeting is for you, the parents, to meet the Headmaster, Daniel Paxitzis. This meeting is to talk about your child attending FPK and to get to know you better.  When you enroll your child into Fayston Kids, you become part of the Fayston Family.  We want you to feel comfortable sending your child to school at FPK and answer any last questions you may have.
